Terms and Conditions

You agree to the purchase of these templates and/or websites according to the conditions set below.

Timeframe: we strive to complete your order within 72 hours [based on a 1-5 template order]. However, due to high volume of orders, times may vary. $49 Templates will compensate your order by offering additional work or a 10% refund on the total order, whichever is greater.

Templates and Websites

$49 Templates purchase consists of modifying the content, color and photos of an existing Base Template. Once work has begun on an order / template no further changes will be accepted. Content and Photos provided by $49 templates is provided either from the Public Domain or our own Private Domain / Royalty - Free archives. Customer understands he/she may change any or all of the template for their own use once the project has been delivered.

Template purchases are as is. Some Templates may contain public domain content and will site sources of said content on pages. All photos are Royalty-free.

Copy and Photos

Customer has the right to provide copy and photos for input into templates. Copy will not contain any links and shall be sent in TXT format. Word documents will be accepted by will be converted to TXT prior to input into website. No more than 5 pages of content will be accepted. Photos must be sent in jpg RGB format at 72 DPI and be no larger than 100K in size. Header photos may not be larger than 800 pixels wide, in JPG RGB format at 72 DPI.

Style Sheets

CSS changes will be made for Menu color, Base and Accent color [backgound], and images only. We will not make text color or style changes.

Set Styles will be applied to the content and will include Heading <h1>, Body Copy, Navigation and Sources. We strive to Format the pages as much as possible with style sheets, however will not be held responsible for any issed or desired bold heading, etc.

Public Domain Content and Royalty Free Images

Public Domain means all sources of information free to use by the public. Such sources will be sited on the website and $49 Templates will not be held responsible for any changes made by the customer after delivery of the project.

Customer will not hold $49 Templates responsible or liable for any illegal use of Template/Website after project is delivered to customer.

Script and Webtools

We provide webtools to help the novice to advanced web business build their sites more effectively. This is copyrighted script and not freeware.

Puchased script is available for private and commercial use. Scripts can be developed on any website owned by the customer. Disclaimer must remain in tact.

No part of this script may be distributed electronically or in any other format by any other persons except Ow10.com and their approved affiliates. Any redistribution of current or modified versions of script is prohibited.

We accept no responsibility or liability for damages however caused when using our services or scripts. Purchaser will not hold 49templates or any other party liable for any problems or damages these scripts may cause.

Other Conditions

We reserve the right to display your finished design on our site. A link directly to your site is upon our discretion.

We have the right to refuse work from sites whose themes we find objectionable. Our list includes but is not limited to: Alcohol, Gambling, Online Gaming, Drugs, Tobacco Products, other Objectional Content. Please review our entire list of Themes we DO NOT accept.
