49Templates arose from my friends desire to capitalize on traffic she was recieving on parked domains. These domains were drawing traffic and wanting to take advantage of this traffic, she hired me to build simple templates, complete with her Adsense code and content. She supplied photos and content and within just a few days, she had over 25 websites built and ready for action. I was able to help her achieve her goal in less time than if she had to do it herself - and she was able to start monetizing on built-in traffic.

However, 49Templates has evolved. With over 10 years of designing for the web [and over 25 years in graphic design], I have a plethora of artwork, filing up my shelves. Some show the mark of the beginning designer, while others have evolved into well coded and designed "masterpieces".

I simply do not have the desire to keep these designs on file in hopes of using them. Since I design each project for a client from scratch, the need for these "extra" designs is irrelevant. I could simply toss out these leftover designs - or I could offer them to the public. Granted some are not as well developed as others, however, each is a good tool and starting point for the designer, or the beginning business.

Although I am offering these designs at a very low cost - I want to assure you I know design. I have over 25+ years Graphic Design and Advertising Experience, owning my own Advertising Agency since 1988. The step to the Web was a natural marketing move, one I made early in 1996.

The designs I am hired to create will be customized to the theme of your business / domain.

I add new products as time allows - as I still maintain and operate my Design and Advertising business. Leftover designs are modified, adjusted and expanded in an attempt to reach every and all customers.
